i want a u.s. based software company to work with me for a software solution that I want to develop. areas of assistance will
be 1) design 2) administration and 3)programming.
I have the basic idea along with particular specifications for the software to have.
need a team or single programmer to suggest best approach for design and implementing my ideas.
program will reside on a web site that will show results as a query.
the input of the query will be a text message from a cell phone.
the output will be directed to an email address or cell phone.
basic user security and admin(database and user) will be needed.
EXAMPLEs password reset, account setup, email verification, ecommerce and id verification. ip logging and basic blocking of incoming queries/login, user screen or data entry,
and implementation of key business rules.
php to be used as main software building solution.
programming knowledge of limits of databases to be heavily relied up.
SMS to be used as well.
